Refund policy
Retail Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns will incur a restocking fee in the form of the original shipping charges for all return reasons other than a defective product, a fulfillment error causing the package to be late, or any other issue that is not the customer’s fault.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus our original shipping expense (shipping expense in the case of free shipping will be calculated as original shipping charges incurred by us). Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Expedited shipping costs are refundable if the item was not delivered on time due to a late fulfillment by Prestige Medical Supply.
Exchanges Exchanges can be processed at the buyer's request and will NOT incur a restocking fee. Once the item is returned to our warehouse, the replacement item will be sent out 1-2 days from the day we received it.
Starting Your Return
To start a return, you can contact us at Support@prestigemedicalsupply.net or via PrestigeMedicalSupply.net’s chat feature. Once your return is accepted, you will receive a return label via email to ship back your product.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, a restocking fee will NOT be charged.
Errored Sensors
Sensors that give an error message before their intended use date are replaceable by the manufacturer. Their contact info is as follows:

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
- All wholesale orders/orders over $1,000 do not qualify for returns. Wholesale product that has been purchased but cannot be used due to damage during shipping can be swapped out for usable product at Prestige Medical Supply’s discretion.
- Clearance items are not eligible for refunds.
Orders Shipped to the Wrong Address If you are returning an item that was shipped in error by us, we apologize for the inconvenience we may have caused and will reimburse you the delivery costs plus the cost to ship the product back to us or send you a prepaid label for the postage cost of the product.
Gift Cards We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
